Activation and Onboarding

To activate the Duplicate Client add-on, search for the add-on in the Servicem8 Features and Integrations section. 

On the add-on, select ON. 

You will be presented with a window to accept the required access permissions for the add-on to operate. 

Access my customer information

This is required to allow the add-on to access your clients and client contacts.

Access my jobs

This is required to allow the add-on to determine a jobs client when  the add-on is activate from a job card.
